It is a complex located on a rocky plateau 30m above a dam. It consists of around sixteen (16) buildings with dwellings, work and research rooms, a refectory and car parks linked together by paved roads. The buildings, mostly rectangular shaped and North-South oriented are built following the principle of double wall using laterite cut blocs for the facades, a double roof whose upper part made out of an overflowing sheet metal is raised and protect the second in concrete against the weather by allowing a ventilation between the two. This ensures a thermal insulation to the building and a comfort in the rooms with a  lower energy consumption.

It is a school complex whose surface is divided into three parts. The largest one with a main building mainly with classrooms organized around an open atrium in the center of which a hut is used during the break. A kitchen and a canteen are annexed to the main building and there is also an administrative building. The second part includes sports fields and the last one a gatehouse and a local group. The feature of these constructions lies in the systematic use of a local material: the laterite cut blocs even for the fence.
